 "Working days" excludes Saturdays, Sundays and English statutory and public holidays.

 "Card" means the credit or debit card which you use to make payment for the goods purchased.

 "Goods" means the goods which we supply in accordance with these terms.

 "Order" means an order issued by you to us in respect of the goods.


By using the ThinkSkins website to purchase goods online, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or if you are under 16, that you are accessing and using this website with the consent of your parent or guardian. ThinkSkins has a policy of not knowingly collecting information from people under 16 without the consent of their parent or guardian. You may print or download pages for your own personal and non-commercial use only, provided that you retain any copyright and proprietary notices.

While we make every effort to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee that the product colours in our images will be rendered accurately on different computer monitors. The product dimensions we supply are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products. We regularly review the website content but we cannot guarantee that it is always up to date. ThinkSkins does not make any other promises or warranties about the website.

We reserve the right to terminate the website or to remove any of the services on it at any time with immediate effect if, for example:

Purchasing from the ThinkSkins website

ordering goods

To order goods online:

- browse the range of ThinkSkins skins

- specify your device and select your purchases by adding them to the shopping basket

- check the descriptions, device details and quantities are correct

- when your selection is complete, go to the check-out

- enter your personal, delivery and payment details

- submit your details to complete the order.

Forming A Contract

When you complete and send your order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from ThinkSkins. We will send you a confirmation email which confirms receipt and the details of your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us.

Acceptance by ThinkSkins of your offer to purchase is complete when we send you an email confirmation that we have dispatched the goods to you. This means we formally accept the order and are obliged to complete the contract. Any goods in your order whose dispatch is not confirmed in that email do not form part of that contract.

All orders whether placed on this website or by another method will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Non-acceptance of any order may result from one of the following:

- one or more of the goods you have ordered is unavailable. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if this is the case.

- we have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We may try to contact you to check your card details.

- you are not eligible to order under the criteria contained in these terms.

- there is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods you have ordered.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing And Payment

Subject to delivery charges, the prices stated by us at the time we receive your order are the prices you pay except where we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered. In this event, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and offer you the choice of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

All prices are displayed on the website in UK pounds sterling and include VAT at the rate currently charged in the UK. Payment can be accepted only in UK pounds sterling. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods.

We may delay dispatch of your goods until we receive authorisation for payment to be taken from the card provided.

You can pay using your credit or debit card, either Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro or Solo or by using your PayPal account. It is essential that the cardholder's name is provided exactly as it appears on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

We are unable to accept payment by cheque, cash, postal order.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

If any of the goods you order are unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you to offer you the choice of cancelling the whole order or of processing a new order for goods which are available.

Ownership of goods you order on the website shall pass to you on delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the entire order.

Cancelling An Order

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please contact us by email at [email protected] if you wish to cancel an order. You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.


We deliver skins within the UK, Europe and worldwide via First Class mail. Within the UK delivery is free of charge. Within Europe and worldwide our charges are based on a sliding scale according to the weight and size of the goods you order and are calculated when you check out, before you finalise your order.

Your skin is made only when you have placed an order with us and we work very hard to make and deliver it within 7 working days in the UK and 15 working days in Europe and worldwide.

We can deliver skins either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you check out.

We hope your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately if this is not the case. We are unable to accept responsibility for any risk of loss or damage to the goods after they have been delivered to you.

Returns & Refunds 

faulty skin

If when you receive your skin it is damaged or faulty in any way, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your skin and we will arrange for a replacement skin to be sent to you straight away. We will ask you to return the skin to us, the cost of which we will cover. In all cases you must return the skin unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. Please inform us in writing if your skin is faulty or incorrect by emailing us at [email protected]. You may of course call us if you wish to speak with us, but we will also ask for an email confirming the issue.

if you are not totally satisfied with your skin

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your skin. However, if for some reason you are not, you may return your skin and we can either send you another skin or arrange a full refund. If you wish to do this, you must notify us within 7 working days after the day of receipt of your skin. We will ask you to return the skin in its original condition, unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. You must inform us in writing by emailing us at [email protected] if you wish to return your skin. Whilst we will provide a full refund, including any delivery costs, we do ask that you pay for the cost of returning the skin to us.

If you are returning a skin you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until you return it. Skins must be returned unused on their backing in the original packaging.


Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranties and Liability

ThinkSkins accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occasioned by its online purchasing service or by goods supplied using it except as required by law, even if we could have foreseen the loss or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits ThinkSkins liability for

- loss, damage, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence

- fraudulent misrepresentation.

In the absence of any negligence other than breach of duty by ThinkSkins, your use of any goods other than in accordance with their intended purpose and as stated in any instructions is entirely at your own risk.

ThinkSkins will make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable time from the date of your order and to comply with our obligations under these terms, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, transport delays or mechanical breakdowns.

The goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer's specification, subject to any qualification or representation contained on the website. ThinkSkins make no other promises or warranties about the goods.

If either you or we are in breach of these terms and conditions, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an order.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you and we agree to use exclusively the courts of England and Wales if there is any dispute between us.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
